The long-reigning (celebrating their 30th anniversary) kings of instrumental rock guitar dropped by Shank Hall for a rousing set of classics and a few new tunes. Simon Heeran of the night’s opening act, Wasted Major, filled in on rhythm/lead guitar, but yielded his amp and stage spot to Straitjackets’ founding member Danny (“Daddy-O Grande”) Amis who joined the band for 7-8 songs in the middle of the set (and the later encore), much to the audience’s delight.
